Beautiful and effective bodywork set to inspiring music. Barre is a combination of ballet, fitness, and Pilates. You’ll work your entire body without jumping or running. Special exercises engage all muscles, including the small ones hidden beneath the larger muscle groups. These are the muscles that shape graceful, ballerina-like arms and toned, slender thighs.
The class is suitable for all levels and is set to an updated playlist with Ukrainian-inspired tunes.
Depending on the difficulty level, you’ll work with your body weight, 1 kg dumbbells, resistance bands, sliders, and exercises at the barre. After just a few sessions, you’ll notice improved posture and ease of movement.
